Edward H. Adamsky, Attorney At Law

            Attorney Edward H. Adamsky of the Adamsky Law Offices, has been in the private practice of law for 15 years.  He is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Attorney Adamsky concentrates his practice in Life & Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Attorney Adamsky is past Chair of the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Past President of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, and a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  He is a board member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Chapters of NAELA.  He also sits on the Board of Region 10, Community Support Services, a New Hampshire agency that provides services to Developmental Disabled individuals and families.

For more than three years (2000-2004) as Chair of the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Attorney Adamsky arranged dozens of educational programs for Section members, many of which were approved for CLE credits.  Among his favorites were the annual Probate Court Updates, presented by the Honorable John Maher, Administrative Judge of the Probate Courts, and the summer programs that included outings such as a boat ride on the Piscataqua River, and a visit to the Mount Washington Hotel. 

Attorney Adamsky is a cum laude graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover , where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor (1992). At MSL he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was instrumental in publishing the premier issue, which features an article on Third Party Opinion Letters written by Attorney Adamsky.

Attorney Adamsky is a summa cum laude graduate of Plymouth State College, (now Plymouth State University ) in Plymouth, New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (1984).  At PSC he was a Plymouth Scholar and a Phi Kappa Phi.

Attorney Adamsky served for four years in the United States Army, Infantry. He was twice awarded the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service, and was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Sergeant (E-5).  He grew up in Andover , Massachusetts and is a graduate of Andover High School (1977).

Attorney Adamsky works with local Elder Services Agencies, Councils on Aging, NAELA, and the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, to promote the interests and needs of Senior Citizens.

Attorney Adamsky lives in Pelham, New Hampshire with his wife Madelyn (a Pharmacist with CVS/Pharmacy), and two sons, Dan (20) and Anthony (18). At home, he enjoys gardening and reading.  Attorney Adamsky also enjoys summers at his parent’s home in New Hampshire, overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake.


Crystal R. Spindell

Crystal R. Spindell has been a Paralegal at Adamsky Law Offices since 2006. She obtained her Associates of Arts Degree at North Florida Community College in Madison, FL, and her Certified Paralegal Certificate from Washington Online Learning Institute for Paralegals.

Crystal Spindell is originally from Monticello, FL, but has lived in Tyngsboro, MA since 2006. She lives with her husband Bobby Spindell and their two dogs Alffy and Wicket. She is currently pregnant with her first child, a girl.
