FEE SCHEDULE

     We use fixed fees to provide you comfort in planning.  For simplicity, the fees are structured around documents.  But, the fee charged is not just for document preparation.  The documents are just the tangible result of our legal knowledge and skill applied to your specific situation. The fixed fees include all the time you need with your attorney to discuss your needs, ask questions, and decide on the appropriate tools for you.  A reasonable amount of follow up phone calls and questions are also included in the fee.

     The fixed fee structure does not include costs such as registry of deeds filing fees.  Initial consultation fees are due at the consultation.  Other fixed fee services require a 50% deposit before work is started, with the balance due upon execution of the documents.

Consultation of up to two hours.  We will analyze your situation and discuss your issues, problems, and planning options.  If estate planning is undertaken, the initial consultation fee will credited to the total fee.

HOURLY MATTERS

The following matters are billed on an hourly basis.  The Attorney is compensated for the amount of time applied to the matter at the rate of $200 per hour.  Services provided by our Paralegal Staff are billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour.  The amounts listed below are the Minimum Fee for those types of services.  The minimum fee amount will be required as a deposit.  The total fee may be higher based on the time required for the matter.  Costs are not included and are the responsibility of the Client.
